Posizione

Per il potenziamento dell’ufficio Resourcing della nostra sede di Milano stiamo cercando Reporting Analyst - Staffing .

Il Resourcing è un team interno di staff che fornisce supporto all’azienda nell’osservare l’andamento aziendale attraverso diversi obiettivi prefissati e nell’intraprendere delle action plan per raggiungerli

All’interno del team la persona si occuperà di collaborare con le seguenti attività:

  • Allineamento dei variegati dati all’interno degli strumenti, garantendo la relativa correttezza
  • Gestione della posta condivisa, rispondendo tempestivamente ai nostri colleghi a seconda delle priorità
  • Confronto con le nostre persone per assicurare la corretta e puntuale rendicontazione delle ore, individuando ed evidenziando eventuali ostacoli
  • Assicurare il corretto e puntuale inserimento delle pianificazioni, interfacciandosi regolarmente con il cliente interno
  • Gestione delle richieste di staffing interno

Il candidato ideale possiede :

  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Competenza nell’uso di Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel

Completano il profilo le seguenti caratteristiche personali :

  • Buone capacità interpersonali e di comunicazione
  • Abilità di costruire relazioni positive con i colleghi di differenti aree e livelli professionali
  • Precisione e attenzione al dettaglio
  • Capacità di problem solving
  • Buone doti di organizzazione e gestione del tempo
