They offer comprehensive solutions, including optical fiber, wireless communications, and network systems, serving telecom operators, businesses, and governments.Our client is already well established in countries such as Germany, Greece or Spain but Italy is a new market for them.Reporting directly to the CEO of the Spanish branch of the company, you will be the 1st person in Italy and develop our client's footprint and activities across the country, focusing on telecom operators such as TIM or Vodafone.Develop and execute sales plans to ensure timely completion of tasks.Contract Negotiation and SigningNegotiate contract terms with customers to ensure mutual agreement.Sign contracts and follow up on execution.Resolve customer issues to ensure high-quality after-sales service.Training and LearningAttend company training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.Requirements and QualificationsBachelor's degree in business or similar fields6+ years of experience in the telco sector in ItalyExperience with passive (ideally) or active components for the telco sectorGood understanding of the procurement or network planning processes in telco companiesAvailability for business travel across Italy (Spain a couple of times per year and potentially China at some point)
