The role As an ambitious Account Executive, joining our European sales team, you will combine new business development with long-term account management. Your goal is to research and prospect new leads, convert them into appointments, close sales through discovery and demo calls, and ensure long-term customer success. Responsibilities: Research, prospect, and qualify new leads through outbound calling, emailing, and onsite visits. Run discovery and demo calls with prospects you have generated. Convert qualified opportunities into closed deals. Proactively identify risks, challenges, and growth opportunities within accounts. Log all activities accurately in the CRM. Continuously improve product knowledge and sales and account management skills. European-based (remote role, with onsite clinic visits). Minimum 3 years of sales experience (including cold calling). Strong data handling and CRM discipline (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). Experience in referral-driven, medical, aesthetic, or cosmetic markets is a plus. Fluent in English and at least one of the following: Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese. Additional languages are an advantage. Ice-breaker, customer-facing enthusiast with extraordinary listening, negotiation, presentation abilities, problem solving and exceptional customer service skills, who also is a great networker. We also value very positively Experience in B2B, B2C, luxury, niche, medical, or aesthetic industries. Ability to represent the brand professionally. We provide a modest base salary complemented by a high earning potential through substantial commissions.
