CEI (Carbon Efficiency Intelligence) is a Saa S platform for industrial manufacturers. We plug into existing meters, utility data and plant systems to find 5–15% energy and carbon savings from operational waste – not capex-heavy retrofits.
Now we need afounding commercial leaderto own revenue and distribution.No salary at this stage. AsHead of Industrial Sales & Partnerships , you own:
ICP & pipeline– define our initial beachhead (mid-sized manufacturers in Europe) and build a focused target list (100–150 plants).
Full-cycle sales– outreach, discovery, shaping pilot offers, negotiation, and closing.
Pilots to ARR– turn pilots into recurring subscriptions and multi-site deals.
Partnerships– develop relationships with ESCOs, energy consultants, industrial associations, OEMs to open doors.
You report directly to the founder and set your own weekly commercial agenda.3–5 pilots closedwith real industrial sites (not free trials).
≥Clear commercial proof to support a seed / round-one raise.5+ years B2 Bsales or BDin at least one: industrial manufacturing, energy services/ESCOs, industrial Saa S / analytics.
Proven track recordclosing new businesswith plant managers, operations leaders, maintenance managers or CFOs.
Comfortable sellingtechnical / data-heavysolutions and translating them into € savings, payback and CO2 impact.
Understanding of how factories actually run (shifts, loads, utility bills, energy KPIs).
Fluent English; Italian or another major European language is a plus.
