In Job Hospitality, divisione per il turismo e hotellerie di lusso, seleziona: un/una Hospitality & Project Specialist per una storica casa vinicola della Valpolicella e punto di riferimento per l'ospitalità del vino di fascia alta a Grezzana (Verona). La figura entrerà a far parte del team Hospitality, contribuendo allo sviluppo e alla gestione delle esperienze di accoglienza e degli eventi aziendali, con particolare attenzione agli ospiti e agli stakeholder di profilo internazionale, nonché alla gestione e sviluppo del Wine Shop. Responsabilità principali: – Gestione visite, degustazioni ed esperienze personalizzate in cantina, curando tutte le fasi del processo dalla pianificazione delle attività all'accoglienza e gestione di ospiti, clienti e stakeholder VIP; – Coordinare e supervisionare eventi media e hospitality in collaborazione con i reparti Marketing e Comunicazione; – Collaborare alla creazione di format esperienziali e tasting dedicati, contribuendo attivamente alla narrazione del brand e del territorio; – Contribuire alla creazione ed implementazione di nuove progettualità per favorire l'ulteriore sviluppo del business aziendale connesso al mondo dell'hospitality e del wine shop; – Gestire la relazione e gli aspetti commerciali con partner esterni (chef, fornitori, agenzie, tour operator, hotel di fascia alta); – Supportare le funzioni Marketing / Vendite nella pianificazione operativa e logistica di eventi corporate: preparazione spazi, accoglienza, gestione del servizio e post-evento; – Collaborare nelle attività proprie di gestione del wine shop aziendale. Requisiti: – Laurea triennale e/o specialistica – rappresentano titoli preferenziali laurea in Scienze del Turismo, Hospitality Management, Scienze della comunicazione; – Esperienza pregressa di almeno 2-3 anni nel settore dell'ospitalità, eventi o luxury experience — preferibilmente in cantine, ristorazione, hotellerie di alto livello; – Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative, orientamento al servizio e attenzione al dettaglio; – Conoscenza fluente dell'inglese; la conoscenza di una seconda lingua costituisce titolo preferenziale; – Passione per il mondo del vino e per l'accoglienza d'eccellenza; – Disponibilità a lavorare in orari flessibili e durante eventi serali o nel fine settimana; – Curiosità, proattività e capacità organizzative e di pianificazione, completano il profilo ideale.
