Come Specialista On-Site, sarai il "pioniere sul campo" di Thundersoft in Italia: con visite proattive, connetterai con PMI e proprietari di attività, ponendo le basi per la penetrazione di mercato. Responsabilità Principali Sviluppo Clienti On-Site : Immergiti nel contesto locale (Nord/Centro Italia), condurre visite a domicilio, cold call e promozioni. Durante le visite, presenta vantaggi prodotti (accumulo fotovoltaico, VPP) e modelli di collaborazione, raccogli esigenze clienti e istituisci contatti iniziali. Insight di Mercato : Requisiti Linguaggi : Madrelingua/C2 in italiano (obbligatorio); inglese fluido è un plus (capacità di trasmettere informazioni professionali). Esperienza : Dimostrata nel sviluppo commerciale on-site (obbligatoria visita a domicilio, cold call); preferita esperienza in energia rinnovabile/equipaggiamento elettrico. resilienza per affrontare rifiuti e adattare strategie. Conoscenza cultura commerciale e procedure locali (Nord/Centro Italia): orari e abitudini PMI. Conoscenze base prodotti (accumulo fotovoltaico, VPP) per rispondere a domande tecniche base. Pianificazione rotte e garantimento KPI, evitando visite non valide. Crescita : Opportunità di passare a vendite per canali/clienti chiave, o promozione a Capo Team On-Site. As an On-Site Specialist, you will be Thundersoft's "on-the-ground pioneer" in Italy: through proactive on-site visits, you will connect with SMEs and business owners to lay a solid foundation for our market penetration. Immerse yourself in the local context (Northern/Central Italy) to conduct door-to-door visits, cold calls, and on-site promotions. small-scale photovoltaic installation companies) and business owners with project needs. Visit KPIs : Fulfill tasks per the company plan— core requirement: During visits, present product benefits (photovoltaic storage, VPPs) and collaboration models, gather customer needs, and establish initial contacts. Market Insights : Collect local trends (e.g., photovoltaic policies), competitor dynamics, and customer feedback; Follow up with potential customers and coordinate with internal teams to drive small-scale collaboration projects. Requirements Languages : Native-level Italian or C2 proficiency (mandatory); fluent English is a plus (ability to convey professional information accurately). Experience : Proven track record in on-site business development (mandatory door-to-door/cold call experience); renewable energy/electrical equipment industry experience preferred. Basic product knowledge (photovoltaic storage, VPPs) to answer simple technical questions. Plan visit routes, meet KPIs, and avoid unproductive on-site visits.
