As Global Portfolio Manager – Microelectronics, you will lead the strategic product portfolio for the Semiconductor industry, focusing on ultra‐pure water (UPW) applications. Collaborate with global Product Management teams to shape the product mix and roadmap, act as the key link to Sales, and turn market insights into actionable portfolio decisions. This role is vital for translating market intelligence into priorities - driving long‐term leadership and growth.
Global Portfolio Manager – Microelectronics (m/f/d)
Your Tasks Define and refine the Microelectronics portfolio strategy based on customer needs, competitor analysis, and market trends
Consolidate market insights and customer feedback into portfolio development plans
Support Sales and Marketing in communicating portfolio value to customers
Collaborate with R&D, Operations, and key departments to deliver strategic initiatives
Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities to initiate corrective actions
A bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or similar
Strong knowledge of market segmentation, product lifecycle, and strategic portfolio development
Skilled in navigating matrixed, multicultural environments
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively
