" " Lavorare per obiettivi sfidanti, monitorando le proprie performance tramite KPI e CRM. " " Collaborare con i team di marketing e sales per migliorare le strategie di acquisizione clienti. " " " " Chi cerchiamo " " " " Almeno 6‐12 mesi di esperienza in ruoli di Business Development, Sales o simili. " " Fluente in italiano e inglese. InPost covers the Italian market with a network of 5,000 PUDOs (Pick Up and Drop Off points) and 4,000 fully automated parcel lockers. " " Work closely with the international Sales team on cross‐market opportunities. " " Create new connections with decision‐makers of target companies. " " Generate leads, manage prospect customers and build pipelines. " " Develop market analysis (including competitors) to acquire the best customers. " " Manage all sales steps, including contractual agreements. " " Gain sales goals and manage company KPIs. " " Use CRM as a key tool for customer analysis and weekly task updates. " " Create and maintain sales reports. " " " " Qualifiche " " " " Bachelor's degree. " " 2 years of sales experience. " " Fluent in English (C1 or higher). " " Strong sales approach.
