Per un importante gruppo industriale multinazionale ricerchiamo un/a: IT Director La figura guiderà la strategia IT del Gruppo, coordinando sistemi informativi, infrastrutture e progetti digitali in Italia e all'estero. Sarà parte del leadership team e avrà un ruolo chiave nel supportare la crescita e l'innovazione tecnologica dell'azienda. Responsabilità Definire la strategia IT e l'evoluzione dell'architettura dei sistemi informativi. Supervisionare sviluppo, implementazione e integrazione dei sistemi aziendali. Gestire progetti di nuove soluzioni tecnologiche a livello internazionale. Garantire disponibilità, sicurezza e performance dei sistemi informativi. Coordinare un team IT di circa 10 persone. Assicurare conformità normativa e protocolli di cybersecurity. Collaborare con tutte le funzioni aziendali per allineare IT e business. Supportare il top management nelle decisioni strategiche in ambito tecnologico. Requisiti Laurea in discipline informatiche, digitali o affini. Esperienza consolidata in ruoli di leadership IT in contesti manifatturieri internazionali. Inglese fluente. Esperienza con ERP SAP.
