Through WhatsApp and messaging apps, we help brands sell through tailored, real-time conversations that feel natural, helpful, and human. We're making it human again. We work with top brands like Ducati, Pittarosso, Piazza Italia, Doppelgänger, we recently closed a €2.We're looking for a Marketing Lead who can build our brand and drive inbound growth. You'll work closely with the CEO and sales team to establish TextYess as the go‐to brand for AI‐powered eCommerce. This is a high‐impact role where your ability to communicate, create compelling content, and manage marketing initiatives will directly shape our market presence and growth trajectory. Build brand awareness : position TextYess as the leading voice in conversational commerce Generate inbound leads : grow monthly inbound demos through content, social, and SEO/GEO Own our digital presence : take full ownership of our website, social media, and content strategy What you'll work on: Own TextYess's brand and content strategy across all channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, blog, SEO, PR). com —including branding, visuals, product storytelling, and conversion performance. Plan and execute SEO/GEO strategy : keyword research, editorial calendar, onsite optimization, and link‐building. Develop lead magnets and marketing assets to drive awareness and conversions. Coordinate paid acquisition efforts with external partners (Google & Meta), defining creative needs and reviewing performance. Build PR and influencer relationships to amplify brand visibility. Work cross‐functionally with the CEO and Sales to ensure marketing aligns with business goals. About you: 2‐5 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in VC‐backed startups (fast‐growth environments) Strong focus on brand/content marketing over performance marketing – you know how to communicate exceptionally well across channels Experience growing brand awareness and generating inbound leads in B2B SaaS Good understanding of SEO/GEO, content strategy, and social media management Ability to work cross‐functionally and manage external agencies/freelancers Comfortable working in a fast‐paced, early‐stage startup environment with high ownership and autonomy What we expect: Understand our product, customers, and brand voice inside out Audit current digital presence (website, social media, content) Align with the CEO and sales team on priorities and quick wins Within weeks: Take ownership of social media channels and start publishing consistent content Implement website improvements for branding, messaging, and conversion optimization Launch first initiatives to generate inbound leads (e.g., Consistently generate monthly inbound demos through content, SEO, and social presence Establish TextYess as a recognized brand in conversational commerce What we offer: Salary : The gross annual salary (RAL) ranges from €45K to €55K. com, we'd love to chat
