Il Content Marketing Lead di Chef in Camicia è una funzione cruciale per la crescita del business in quanto svolge attività di content, di media, di creatività e di strategia.

Sarà responsabile di realizzare una strategia multichannel & multiformat, creando e gestendo il piano e il calendario editoriale attraverso i Social (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest) e i nostri canali di distribuzione proprietari (blog, piattaforma web e app, newsletter, etc).

Informazioni dettagliate sul ruolo
- Creazione di contenuti per Social e per Canali proprietari nei vari formati (Grafiche, Stories, Reel, Video, Foto, etc)
- Forti Skills di Copywriting e/o passioni per la scrittura (se di cucina ancora meglio)
- Capacità di presentare progetti e fare storytelling di un'idea
- Passione per il digitale, conoscenza delle migliori prassi e soluzioni, interesse per i trend emergenti, interesse per l’innovazione e il digitale
- Lavorare insieme al team di Performance ed Analytics per misurare l’impatto delle strategie / campagne
- Lavorare insieme al team Production e Design per garantire la messa a terra delle strategie / campagne
- Generare dei report periodici

Obiettivi
- Accrescere la Brand Awareness del marchio Acadèmia.tv
- Aumentare la Community e creare un maggior Engagement con gli utenti dei vari canali (Social e non)
- Delineare dei prodotti / strategie che portino a risultati tangibili (KPI misurabili)

Cosa si richiede
- Esperienza nel Digital e/o Content Marketing
- Capacità di risoluzione dei problemi: continuare a migliorare un prodotto e/o una strategia grazie all’utilizzo di dati e KPI misurabili
- Esperienza nel creare valore per un brand: hai già lavorato alla costruzione di brand che sono amati dalle persone
- Conoscenza e utilizzo dei software di gráfica (Adobe, Canva o Affini)
- Conoscenza e utilizzo professionale dei social media, sopratutto per la creazione di content nativo (Stories, Reel, Grafiche, etc)
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese e/o spagnolo
