The Coesia Young Professional Program (YPP) is a dedicated learning and development path for fresh graduates, designed to support your first career steps within a leading global organization through a structured 2-year program. We are currently looking for a recent graduate to join our new divisional team dedicated to the E-Commerce market as a Software Engineer while being part of this international community of young talents.
This role suits you perfectly if you want to be part of a team responsible for guiding, in connection with local R&D and Engineering teams across the division, the control system & HMI development for automatic packaging solutions and logistics plants.

This position will be based in Fiorano Modenese, Italy.
What You Need to Be Successful- Master’s degree in automation engineering
- Good understanding of the English language, both written and oral
- Strong aptitude for creating and reinforcing interpersonal relationships
- Personal drive and result oriented
- Effective communication skills to easily build trust towards colleagues and stakeholders.
