Are you passionate about hospitality and love helping people succeed? Noovy is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team in the Netherlands, focusing on our clients in the Benelux market. Support: Be the first point of contact for hoteliers, handling their questions and resolving issues efficiently via email, chat, and phone.
Account Management: Act as a trusted advisor to our partners, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to succeed.
There will be opportunities for on-site client visits and assisting with the design and delivery of training sessions.
Experience: You have at least 1 year of experience in hotel operations (e.g., front desk, reservations) and a solid understanding of systems like PMS, booking channel management, and hotel revenue management.
Languages: Native level fluency in Italian and English.
Location: This is a remote role.
