Team attuale CTO – ha già sviluppato una demo funzionante ed è responsabile dello sviluppo tecnico CMO – marketing, PR, partnership strategiche, lancio CEO – visione, strategia, coordinamento e sviluppo del progetto Siamo in fase early-stage , con focus su prodotto, validazione e crescita. Requisiti ideali esperienza nel mondo startup (anche una precedente esperienza è sufficiente) forte interesse per fitness, wellness o health-tech mindset imprenditoriale e orientato alla crescita Capacità di lavorare su: strategia business e go-to-market validazione prodotto e metriche (retention, LTV, CAC) fundraising / investor relations (nel tempo) Modello di collaborazione Nessun compenso iniziale Ingresso equity-based Vesting previsto Tutti i fondi raccolti (bootstrapping, grant, investimenti) saranno interamente reinvestiti in FitWatch per rendere il prodotto solido, competitivo e scalabile Cerchiamo una persona che voglia costruire qualcosa da zero , con visione di medio-lungo periodo e ambizione internazionale.
