A stealth gaming startup focused on the gamification of savings is seeking a C-level to join the founding team. High-level salary + equity offered.

Background

At StartupGym we work on new ideas and new business models every day. Once we find a suitable idea for the European market, we create a vertical team, and we appoint an industry expert CEO to the company. We want to become one of the most important Venture Builders in Europe, creating companies that will leave their mark in the world.

We are looking for an amazing talent, willing to join as a Co-founder for one of our portfolio companies, still in stealth mode. The Startup is a Fintech company whose aim is to disrupt how people save by incentivizing them through gamification strategies.

Job description

Our Co-Founder will be responsible for all the early-stage phases of the Startup by implementing infrastructures and processes to ensure that MVP KPIs are met. You must be a proven operational leader who possesses considerable energy, flexibility, and a quantitative approach. You should have worked for large Scaleups, better if in international contexts, and you should be comfortable with Gaming or Gambling industries.

You will:

Lead, manage, and hold the entire team while the MVP phase is run. You will then be in charge of creating your own team.

Work closely with the founding team to define the vision and the growth strategy, and ultimately drive the execution of this vision.

Track MVP KPIs and manage the whole product and growth processes and strategies.

Put in place strong processes and systems allowing the organization to run smoothly and efficiently.

Ensure the App is built well to meet both short-term goals and long-term durability and growth.

You are our next Co-Founder if:

You got previous relevant management and leadership expertise with the ability to influence others and to lead successful teams. Previous experience is Gaming or Gambling is highly favored.

You have extensive experience establishing scalable operation processes; 

You are comfortable with ambiguity and ready to roll with rapid changes that come with early-stage production development.

You have a "Get stuff done" mindset.

Please note: This is not an employment opportunity at StartupGym, but in a new company created by StartupGym. This company will be independent from StartupGym, and the founding team will collectively receive a large majority of the equity in this new company.
