We are building the mobility infrastructure for moving vehicles without owning them. A professional driver operates the customer's car — ensuring both the owner and the vehicle get where they need to be, safely and efficiently.

We are launching in
Milan
with a roadmap for rapid European and global expansion. This is a Founding Team role.

About the Role

We are looking for a Founding Head of Operations — a builder who will architect our operations machine from zero and scale it across markets.

This is not a role for an "optimizer." This is a role for a systems architect. You will create the protocols, standards, and playbooks that will power Safix in every city we enter.

The Path: Head of Operations → COO → Co-Founder (Equity-based, results-driven).

**What You Will Do

1. Operations Infrastructure**

2. Design and implement SOPs for vehicle handoff, trip execution, and asset return.

3. Build high-stakes quality control systems: inspections, photo-documentation, and incident protocols.
4. Create real-time operations monitoring and performance frameworks.
5. Develop crisis response playbooks (SLAs: 15 min / 2 hour / 24 hour).

2. Safix Academy

• Build the driver certification program: safety, Asset Care (handling high-value vehicles), and service ethics.
• Design driver assessment and automated quality scoring systems.
• Create "City Launcher" training modules for rapid market expansion.

3. Scalable Growth

• Build a driver hiring and vetting pipeline that scales without human bottleneck.
• Design and execute the "Market Launch Playbook."
• Establish partner onboarding processes (venues, B2B fleets, and auto-dealers).
• Define and track the North Star operational KPIs.

4. Strategic Operations

• Monitor marketplace liquidity and competitive landscape.
• Translate operational data into product improvements.
• Support budgeting and unit economics optimization to ensure 100% scalability.

**What You'll Need

Must-have:**

• 3+ years in operations, logistics, marketplace, or mobility.
• Proven experience building systems from scratch (not just managing existing ones).
• Ability to thrive in high ambiguity — you create structure where there is none.
• Extreme analytical skills — you speak in data and think in systems.
• Hands-on" problem-solving approach.
• Fluent Italian + English.

Strong Plus:

• Experience in ride-sharing, car-sharing, or fleet management.
• Experience launching new cities or international markets.
• Early-stage startup "war-time" experience.
