Siamo alla ricerca di un Indirect Procurement Expert per conto di una multinazionale leader nel settore FMCG . La risorsa sarà responsabile dell’esecuzione delle operazioni di procurement indiretto all’interno della categoria Sales Activation & Business Services, gestendo negoziazioni, fornitori e supportando la strategia globale. Principali responsabilità: Gestione delle attività di sourcing e negoziazione per le affiliate assegnate. Analisi dei bisogni, spesa e fornitori per ottimizzare costi e performance. Implementazione della strategia contrattuale e gestione delle relazioni con i fornitori. Collaborazione con funzioni interne (IT, Finance, Legal) e team globali. Monitoraggio KPI, reportistica e individuazione di opportunità di miglioramento. Requisiti: Laurea in discipline economiche o affini. Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel procurement indiretto, preferibilmente in contesti FMCG. Conoscenza dei processi di sourcing, analisi e modelli di costo. Inglese livello C1 (obbligatorio); conoscenza del francese è un plus. Ottime capacità di negoziazione, problem solving e comunicazione. Disponibilità a trasferte internazionali.
