As Front Office Agent , you will be a key ambassador of San Clemente Palace Venice and a vital member of the Guest Services team. Managing smooth and efficient check-in and check-out procedures in line with luxury standards Handling billing, payments (cash, credit cards, direct billing), and ensuring accuracy at all times Handling incoming calls, messages, and guest correspondence with professionalism and discretion Coordinating closely with Concierge, Housekeeping, and Engineering to ensure seamless service delivery Ensuring clear shift handovers and continuity of service Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field (preferred) Minimum 1–2 years of Front Office or Guest Relations experience in a four or five-star luxury hotel Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a strong advantage Proficiency with hotel PMS systems (Opera, Fidelio or similar) and Microsoft Office A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and guest service excellence Based on San Clemente Island , Venice (daily boat transfers required) Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and peak periods Opportunity to work in one of Europe's most prestigious luxury resorts • Continuous training and professional development • Ready to be part of an exceptional luxury hospitality experience?
