I am looking for a Senior Sales Associate to join a prestigious luxury boutique in Rome. This flagship store spans three floors and serves as a point of reference for high-profile clients and collectors. What you'll do: Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience both in-store and remotely. Manage and nurture relationships with top clients, ensuring long-term loyalty. Leverage CRM and clienteling tools to drive distance selling Support cross-selling opportunities across product categories. What I am looking for: A senior luxury retail profile with at least 10 years' experience in boutiques. Strong expertise in clienteling and sales A natural presence on the floor, able to represent the brand with charisma and excellence.
