Unisciti a noi e contribuisci a plasmare il futuro della mobilità urbana Il ruolo Schindler Italia ricerca un Product Manager che sarà responsabile di un nuovo prodotto ascensore recentemente lanciato sul mercato. Il PM rappresenta un punto di riferimento strategico e operativo all'interno dell'organizzazione e si interfaccia costantemente con la rete commerciale Schindler e con gli agenti sul territorio. In particolare: Fornisce supporto qualificato in merito a quesiti di natura tecnica ed economica relativi al prodotto. È responsabile della configurazione del prodotto attraverso l'apposito tool Schindler, curando la redazione delle offerte commerciali da trasmettere alla forza vendita. Il suo ruolo si estende anche alla fase esecutiva, monitorando l'ordine e la consegna dei materiali e offrendo assistenza tecnica ai responsabili dell'installazione per la risoluzione di eventuali criticità. Mantiene un dialogo continuo con il Gruppo Schindler a livello internazionale, recependo aggiornamenti tecnici e gestendo le problematiche che possono emergere durante la fase di installazione, al fine di garantire l'allineamento tra le specifiche di prodotto e le esigenze del mercato italiano. E' responsabile dell'erogazione della formazione tecnica rivolta a commerciali e agenti, con l'obiettivo di assicurare una piena comprensione del prodotto X8 e una promozione efficace sul territorio. Requisiti: Preferibile laurea ad indirizzo tecnico (Ingegneria o Architettura) 3-5 anni di esperienza come tecnico-commerciale in aziende strutturate Preferibile la conoscenza del prodotto ascensore Inglese: livello C1 Capacità di analisi e sintesi, problem solving, organizzazione, energia, comunicazione efficace ed empatia completano il profilo
