BUROMILAN, società di consulenza di ingegneria integrata con esperienza internazionale, è alla ricerca di un Assistente Direzione Lavori per un prestigioso progetto a Trento .
La posizione prevede un impegno di 5 mezze giornate a settimana .
La società offre l’inserimento in un team giovane e dinamico, l’opportunità di lavorare su un progetto internazionale di alto profilo e un percorso di crescita e formazione continua.
Assistenza sulla programmazione e gestione dei lavori del cantiere con verifica della congruenza tra progetto, specifiche tecniche e budget;
Gestione dei rapporti con la committenza, partecipazione a riunioni e sopralluoghi di cantiere e redazione dei relativi verbali;
Gestione varianti di cantiere con analisi tecnico-economica delle proposte;
Partecipazione a riunioni settimanali con le imprese;
Aggiornamento settimanale dell’archivio digitale di commessa da remoto;
Redazione documentazione tecnica a supporto del committente e/o delle amministrazioni pubbliche.
Laurea magistrale in Architettura/Ingegneria Civile/Edile;
Conoscenza pacchetto Office a livello avanzato, in particolare Microsoft Project;
Conoscenza pacchetto Autocad o Revit a livello intermedio;
Ottima conoscenza inglese scritto e parlato;
Costituisce requisito preferenziale formazione abilitante CSP/CSE.
