Andersen Italia ricerca un Manager da inserire nel proprio team di Transfer Pricing presso la sede di Milano. Entrando nel Team di Transfer Pricing il candidato avrà la possibilità di lavorare in un ambiente e in un team dinamico ed internazionale. È prevista una frequente interazione con colleghi di altri paesi, percorsi interni di formazione, generale e specialistica, nonché la partecipazione a gruppi di lavoro internazionali. Assistenza a Gruppi multinazionali nella gestione delle operazioni infragruppo transfrontaliere; Definizione e supporto nell'implementazione di Transfer Pricing Policy di Gruppo; Analisi dei modelli di business e delle value chain dei Gruppi multinazionali; Predisposizione di analisi economiche e di benchmarking mediante l'utilizzo di appositi database specialistici; Assistenza nella predisposizione e nell'aggiornamento della documentazione di Transfer Pricing (Documentazione Nazionale e Master File); Analisi a supporto delle attività contenziose e pre-contenziose in materia di Transfer Pricing. Andersen cerca Persone brillanti, puntuali, organizzate, precise, con capacità di analisi e predisposte a lavorare in team, Persone che vogliano essere partecipi in prima linea nell'attività di Studio. Laurea Magistrale in materie economiche o giuridiche; Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; Esperienza nell'ambito del Transfer Pricing (si valutano profili con 3-5 anni o 6-7 anni di pratica) Gradita l'abilitazione alla professione di dottore commercialista o di avvocato Offriamo inserimento all'interno di un ambiente attento alla valorizzazione delle persone ed a fianco di professionisti che hanno maturato significative competenze nello specifico settore.
