We are seeking for a Senior Account Executive to join our MuleSoft team in Italy with a strong focus on Travel & Transportation Industry. This role is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with a proven track record of success and a strong network in the above industry. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, forging strong relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering exceptional customer success. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and customer success. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT leaders, and decision-makers. Identify and qualify new business opportunities within assigned accounts, driving proactive account expansion and cross-selling initiatives. Own the sales cycle from prospecting to close, ensuring a consultative, outcome-based approach. Collaborate with solution architects, professional services, and the broader Salesforce ecosystem to deliver value and achieve customer satisfaction. Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) to maintain customer engagement and uncover new opportunities. Serve as a trusted advisor, offering guidance on industry trends, integration strategies, and MuleSoft's product roadmap. Leverage your knowledge of the market to build strong pipelines and close deals effectively. What We're Looking For: Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Italian; Market Expertise: Strong understanding of the market and a well-established C-level network on the Travel and Transportation Industry Sales Experience: Minimum of 10 years of quota-carrying sales experience in the software or technology industry, with a proven track record of exceeding targets. Strategic Mindset: Ability to understand complex business challenges and articulate the value of MuleSoft's solutions to address these challenges. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with integration, API management, and enterprise software concepts is preferred. Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, delivering exceptional customer success and achieving mutual goals. Results‐Oriented: A self‐starter who is driven, competitive, and eager to achieve significant revenue targets. Collaboration Skills: Experience working with partners, advisory firms, and cross‐functional teams to drive results. Adaptability: Comfortable navigating fast‐paced, dynamic environments while maintaining focus on long‐term growth. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field (MBA is a plus). Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales.
