Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
after being cleaned by Housekeeper to ensure quality standards. Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update the status of departing guest rooms.
Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities, training, scheduling, evaluating, counselling, disciplining, and motivating employees. Communicate issues to the next shift. Act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry. Assistere la direzione delle pulizie nella gestione delle attività quotidiane, nella formazione, nella programmazione, nella valutazione, nella consulenza, nella disciplina e nella motivazione dei dipendenti. Comunicare i problemi al turno successivo.
