Join Our Mission Ideally located in central Italy, you will be in charge of implementing the sales strategy, cultivating sales opportunities, and finalizing deals with our Italian clients. To achieve your goals, you will conduct a complete market analysis to define the appropriate sales strategy, regularly visit clients and prospects, and attend trade shows relevant to our business. Occasional trips to the headquarters in the south of France are expected to attend Sales Meetings (twice a year) and accompany your clients to the test center. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director (Southern Europe), you will join a multicultural team (5 people) responsible for developing business activity in Southern Europe. To assist you in the successful completion of your mission, you can rely on the team spirit of your peers, as well as the support and commitment of your colleagues based at headquarters (Applications, test center, sales administration, etc.). What we offer - Competitive salary package - Profit‐sharing bonus - Company vehicle - Remote position with substantial autonomy - Working in a multicultural environment Profile Qualities we seek - Technical sales or Engineering educational background - Experience in driving sales through customer value creation and technical solution performance. - Knowledge of industrial processes, ideally in waste management and plastics recycling, to offer guidance to our clients. - Demonstrated expertise in managing large sales territories and key accounts. - Experience in selling large capital equipments - Proficient in CRM systems (SalesForce)- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English for customer interaction and internal coordination (engineering, customer service, back‐office, test center, etc.) Location Rome Country Italy Minimum level of education required 4- Master Minimum level of experience required 2-5 years Organisation With 2500 machines operating in 45 countries, Pellenc ST is one of the world's leading suppliers of optical sorting equipment and a central partner for companies operating in the circular economy.
