Lo stile contemporaneo delle collezioni non scende a compromessi per quanto riguarda vestibilità e qualità dei prodotti, in grado di soddisfare anche i consumatori più esigenti.Per nostro punto vendita a MODENA cerchiamo:PARTNER COMMERCIALEIl Mandatario avrà la responsabilità di assumere e gestire il personale, garantendo l'implementazione delle linee guida aziendali e lavorando a stretto contatto con uno o più referenti per la formazione del ruolo di mandatario e, allo stesso tempo, anche del personale.Supervisione e gestione operativa del personale nei negozi assegnati, assicurando il rispetto degli standard aziendali.Formazione: Collaborare con il referente aziendale per la formazione del personale, garantendo che tutti i dipendenti siano adeguatamente formati sulle politiche aziendali, i prodotti e i processi.Implementazione delle Linee Guida: Assicurarsi che le linee guida aziendali siano implementate in modo coerente in tutti i negozi assegnati.Performance del Negozio: Monitorare e migliorare le performance del negozio, lavorando per raggiungere e superare gli obiettivi di vendita.Risorse Umane: Selezione del personale in accordo con le skill richieste, gestire gli orari di lavoro e affrontare le questioni relative alle risorse umane nei negozi.Spirito Imprenditoriale: Capacità di gestire i negozi come se fossero propri, con uno spirito imprenditoriale e una visione orientata al successo.Adattabilità e Passione per la Vendita: Volontà e capacità di adattarsi a un ambiente in rapido cambiamento, con una passione evidente per la vendita e l'esperienza del cliente.Comunicazione Efficace: Eccellenti abilità di comunicazione per lavorare in collaborazione con il referente aziendale e il personale nei negozi.
