Join us._ **Posizione**: **Main Responsibilities** - Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients and international partners in the automotive, electronics, and industrial sectors - Identify new opportunities and expand the company’s presence in European markets - Conduct commercial meetings and presentations with high-level stakeholders, highlighting the strengths of the offered solutions - Analyze market trends and competitive activities to support growth strategies - Travel frequently across Europe to meet clients and strategic partners **Requisiti**: - Degree in technical disciplines (Electronic, Electrical, Automation Engineering) or Economics, or equivalent background - Proven experience in business development or account management in international industrial/automotive contexts - Basic technical understanding of electronic systems and automotive technologies combined with a strong commercial mindset - Excellent communication and negotiation skills in international environments - Fluency in English; other European languages are considered a plus - Willingness to travel frequently across Europe - Proactive attitude, result orientation, and ability to build long-term relationships **Altre informazioni**: - Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week - Location: On-site work in Modena - Opportunities for frequent travel in Europe **Our Promise**: We build technology for people—and that philosophy defines how we treat our team.
