Sales Manager AutomationAs our Sales Manager, you'll drive the growth of our intralogistics automation business across EMEA, leveraging your well‑established network of clients and consultants. You'll be the primary contact for key clients and spearhead the acquisition of new automation and intralogistics projects, directly contributing to our company's success.ResponsibilitiesDrive sales growth in the region by proactively acquiring new customersDevelop strong relationships in the intralogistics automation market with customers, consultants and institutionsDepth understanding of automated intralogistics solutions for pallets and bins, including AS/RS systems, AGVs/AMRs, shuttle solutions, conveyor technologies, picking systems, and their appropriate applications in different industries and warehouse environmentsAnalyze customer needs and create the right intralogistics automation solutions tailored to the customer needsConsult customers with the optimal solution based on factors such as throughput, space and budgetLead the full project sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature, employing an added‑value approach to build customer trust and secure project winsCoordinate with internal teams (engineering, project management, service) and external partners to ensure optimal solution delivery and seamless project executionRegularly report on sales activities and pipeline, actively monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure achievement of order intake targetsStay informed about industry trends, monitor customer satisfaction and actively participate in relevant industry events to network and promote our solutionsQualificationsCompleted studies in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering (technical focus) or a comparable qualification (or technical training with business administration certification)Proven track record of success in sales, business development or solution selling, preferably in the intralogistics automation industryStrong network of contacts in the intralogistics automation market, including customers, consultants and institutionsIn‑depth understanding of automated intralogistics solutions for pallets and bins, including AS/RS systems, AGVs/AMRs, shuttle solutions, conveyor technologies, picking systems and their appropriate applications in different industries and warehouse environmentsExcellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to assess customer needs and recommend optimal solutionsStrong communication, presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively convey the value proposition of our solutions to customersAbility to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time‑management skillsProficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office SuiteWillingness to travel within the regionFluency in English; German is a plusOfferAs an employer, in addition to excellent social benefits and attractive salary structures, we offer you a position with great scope for developing your own ideas, a challenging, interdisciplinary area of responsibility and comprehensive support within the framework of an international, collegial team.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSales and Business DevelopmentIndustriesMachinery Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
