Our platform helps car dealers and rental companies overcome their logistical challenges. We set the industry standard for vehicle transportation in Europe offering ever more reliable and faster service through continuous innovation. In 2023 we achieved a record-breaking 500000 completed missions With 10M raised in our Series B funding round in 2024 and a presence in France Italy and Germany we are targeting new countries for our international growth in the coming years. Job description Following a 10 million euro fundraising Otoqi aims to structure its sales team composed of 3 people to support growth in Italy and internationally. The Team Lead Sales will play a key role in managing the team and directly contributing to sales development. Main Responsibilities Sales & Account Management Team Leadership Lead mentor and supervise a team of sales and account management professionals in Italy. Set clear performance objectives monitor KPIs and provide continuous coaching. Design and deliver training modules to help the team grow sharpen their sales skills and achieve higher performance. Foster a high-performing motivated and collaborative team culture. Sales Strategy & Market Development Define and execute the sales strategy for the Italian market aligned with HQ objectives. Identify high-potential market segments key accounts and growth opportunities. Build a strong client portfolio and develop long-term strategic business relationships. Sales Execution & Business Development Actively contribute to prospection including cold calling and outbound outreach to generate new opportunities. Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to negotiations and contract closing. Demonstrate strong closing skills ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets. Understand customer needs and position Otoqis value proposition effectively to address them. Participate in strategic sales meetings with top clients and key accounts. Cross-Department Collaboration Work closely with Operations and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless commercial approach and high customer satisfaction. Expected outcomes Achievement (and surpassing) of sales targets. Expansion of the client portfolio and development of strategic business relationships. Continuous improvement of team performance through structured coaching and training. High customer satisfaction with strengthened retention rates. Your profile Strong sales experience (6 years including at least 2 years in management) in a B2B environment with a strong drive for prospecting and closing deals. Results-oriented : Strong capacity to meet and exceed sales targets while optimizing sales processes. Communication : Excellent interpersonal skills to mentor the team with a strong team spirit and positive influence. Strategic mindset and adaptability : Ability to analyze the market and adjust sales strategies based on evolving needs. Languages skills : Mandatory spoken / written English and Italian proficiency (C1). Nice To have Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) : comfortable with commercial management tools to monitor and optimize team and sales performance. Experience in the Automotive industry or 3PL Services. Experience in start-up / scale-up.
