Ricerca: Per uno dei leader mondiali nel settore della logistica, specializzata nel trasporto e magazzinaggio di prodotti alimentari a temperatura controllata, Talentwave srl cerca uno Shift Leader dinamico e orientato ai risultati per il sito logistico sito a Nogarole Rocca (Vr). Il tuo ruolo: In qualità di Shift Leader, sarai il punto di riferimento operativo durante il tuo turno, assicurando che il flusso delle merci (ricevimento, stoccaggio, picking e spedizione) avvenga nel rispetto dei tempi e degli standard di qualità aziendali. Principali responsabilità: Gestire e motivare un team di operatori di magazzino, ottimizzando le risorse in base ai volumi di carico previsto. Garantire il rispetto rigoroso delle normative HACCP e delle procedure di sicurezza sul lavoro (D.Lgs. 81/08). Analizzare i dati di produttività in tempo reale tramite il nostro sistema gestionale (WMS) e intervenire per correggere eventuali inefficienze. Supervisionare il flusso di lavoro e il raggiungimento dei KPI. Collaborare con l'ufficio trasporti e il Warehouse Manager per la pianificazione dei flussi e la risoluzione delle criticità. Requisiti richiesti: Diploma di scuola superiore o Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale/Economia. Almeno 5 anni in ruoli di coordinamento presso magazzini strutturati, preferibilmente nel settore Food & Beverage o GDO. Ottima padronanza di software WMS e pacchetto Office (Excel). La conoscenza di SAP è considerata un plus. Leadership autorevole, spiccata capacità di problem solving e resistenza allo stress durante i picchi di lavoro. Flessibilità a lavorare su turni (anche notturni/festivi se richiesto).
