From the Sunset Hotels & Resorts division, we are seeking a creative, strategic, and brand-oriented Members Relations Manager in Madison House Milan , right in the heart of Milan.
Conduct private tours, presentations and personalized meetings with potential members, effectively communicating the club’s value proposition and exclusivity.
- Oversee and manage the full membership onboarding process, ensuring a seamless, consistent and premium experience at every stage.
- Monitor, grow and nurture the membership base through targeted engagement, retention and loyalty strategies.
- Develop and facilitate networking, collaboration and community-building opportunities among members.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Events teams to strengthen the club’s positioning, visibility and appeal to target audiences.
- Track, analyze and report on membership KPIs and performance metrics, proposing data-driven strategies to support sustainable growth.
Solid experience in hospitality, members clubs or luxury lifestyle environments.
Proven team management and leadership skills.
Creative mindset for delivering “surprise & delight” moments.
Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
