HR BUSINESS PARTNER – SOSTITUZIONE MATERNITA'
Consultant Manager & Associate Consultant @ Adecco Fashion & Design
Daily support to line managers on organizational, people and change related topics
Recruiting and training of resources in a manufacturing context
Attendance Management (around 250 employees), monitoring of HR KPI as well as absenteeism and support on payroll area
Organization analysis and resources assessment to propose career and remuneration actions
Works closely with managers and employees to consolidate LVMH Group & Celine Mindset throughout population, improving communication, engagement, sense of belonging and retention
Strictly collaboration with HR team to create synergies and exchanges between the plants to improve internal mobilities, job rotation, shared projects, etc.
4–5 years in the HR Department, in manufacturing context/plant

Fluency in Italian and English; French is a plus
Full‑time
