Per importante realtà produttiva del settore pelletteria ricerchiamo un/aHR BUSINESS PARTNER - SOSTITUZIONE MATERNITA' MissionThe resource will have an important focus on:Daily support to line managers on organizational, people and change related topicsRecruiting and training of resources in a manufacturing contextAttendance Management (around 250 employees), monitoring of HR KPI as well abseenteism and support on payroll area.Manage internal unions relationship and disciplinary issue.Organization analysis and resources assessment to propose career and remuneration actions.Works closely with managers and employees to consolidate LVMH Group & Celine Mindset throughout population, improving communication, engagement, sense of belonging and retention.Strictly collaboration with HR team to create synergies and exchanges between the plants to improve internal mobilities, job rotation, shared projects, etc.ProfileEducation: Bachelors/Master degree Experience:4/5 years in the HR Department, in manufacturing context/plantSkills and competences required:Good interpersonal and relationship skills Good communion skillsAbility to work under pressure, to respect the deadlines and to set prioritiesStrong sense of initiative and autonomyTeam- workingproactivity and flexibilityFluency in Italian and English, French is a plus#J-*****-Ljbffr
