Ricerchiamo un/a CISO che sarà responsabile dello sviluppo e dell’applicazione delle politiche e strategie di sicurezza informatica dell’organizzazione. La figura guiderà l’implementazione delle misure di sicurezza, proteggendo il business da minacce e attacchi informatici, e supervisionerà la selezione, lo sviluppo, la manutenzione e il miglioramento delle tecnologie di sicurezza ICT.
Effettuare valutazioni dei rischi ICT e proporre soluzioni per minimizzare le minacce
Monitorare vulnerabilità e minacce di hacking su reti e sistemi
Mantenersi aggiornato sulle innovazioni e tecnologie di cybersecurity
Comunicare con gli stakeholder sui rischi di sicurezza ICT
Collaborare con l’IoT/OT Security Officer per la gestione di temi specifici legati a R&D e sicurezza dei prodotti
Gestire il team ICT Security, esperti e consulenti
Gestire il budget ICT Security e comunicarlo alle parti interessate.
Laurea in Informatica o equivalente
Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese
Esperienza minima di 8 anni in ambito IT Security, Cybersecurity, IT Audit o settori correlati
Esperienza nell’implementazione e/o mantenimento di framework di sicurezza (ISO 27001)
Completano il profilo: eccellenti capacità comunicative e relazionali, innovazione, proattività e piena disponibilità a viaggiare in Italia e all’Estero.
Flessibilità oraria e smart working fino a 2 giorni a settimana.
