Yard Reaas S.P.A., leader in Italia nella consulenza real estate e nella gestione integrata di servizi immobiliari, ricerca per la sede di Milano una risorsa da inserire come Project Manager HSE, all'interno di una realtà dinamica e in forte espansione. La risorsa sarà inserita nel Dipartimento Environment & Safety e sarà coinvolta nelle seguenti attività: Gestione di commesse di indagine ambientale di fase 1 e 2, di progettazione di interventi di bonifica e di consulenza ambientale nel corso di cantieri di bonifica; Gestione del Cliente nell'ambito dei progetti svolti; Gestione dei fornitori del Gruppo nel corso dell'esecuzione dei progetti; Redazione di offerte tecnico economiche del dipartimento HSE; Supportare le altre strutture tecniche di Yard Reaas per le tematiche ambientali. Requisiti: Esperienza minima di 5 anni nel ruolo; Laurea in Ingegneria ambientale/Geologia; Conoscenze della normativa ambientale, in particolare D.Lgs. 152/06 e DM 6/9/94; Dimestichezza con la gestione dei procedimenti di bonifica di suolo, rifiuti e materiali pericolosi e rapporti con gli enti competenti; Gradita esperienza in elaborazione di analisi di rischio nell'ambito di progetti di bonifica e relativi software; Capacità di utilizzo Autocad; Conoscenza dell'inglese; Capacità di lavorare per obiettivi, time management, problem solving e resistenza allo stress. La tipologia contrattuale verrà valutata in base all'esperienza maturata dal candidato. CHI SIAMO?
