Your challenge Are you passionate about helping businesses transform the way they manage money? Do you thrive in a fast‐paced environment where you can take ownership, build relationships and drive growth? We're looking for a Business Sales Representative with a strong fintech background and proven success in selling SaaS B2B products. This is a unique opportunity to join a fintech scale‐up at a key growth stage — where your results will have a direct impact on the company's trajectory. What you will do Identify and qualify new business opportunities across target segments. Contribute to cross‐selling and upselling by identifying and qualifying opportunities within existing customer bases Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and demo to negotiation and closing. Stay on top of fintech trends and competitors to fine‐tune our go‐to‐market approach. Represent Tot at industry events and networking opportunities. What you need to succeed 3 years of experience in B2B sales roles, ideally in fintech or SaaS. Proven track record in selling digital products or SaaS platforms. Data‐driven mindset : you know how to use KPIs to guide decisions. Fluency in Italian and good command of English. Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
