Exciting Opportunity for a Sales Manager in Advanced Materials – Outokumpu

Your Key Responsibilities :
Promote Advanced Materials : Showcase your expertise in advanced stainless steel and nickel alloys to drive business growth.
Sales Leadership : Take charge of the entire Outokumpu product and service portfolio, guiding clients through the sales process from start to finish.
Strategy Execution : Actively implement and contribute to Outokumpu's sales strategy and participate in strategic projects to enhance competitiveness.
Client Engagement : Manage and nurture key accounts within your assigned territory while also driving the acquisition of new customers.
Market Insights : Stay ahead of industry trends through proactive market observation and participation in trade events like trade fairs and customer seminars.
Negotiation Expertise : Lead contract negotiations with precision and professionalism, securing long-term partnerships.
What We Are Looking For :
Education : A technical and/or business degree is preferred.
Experience : Solid B2B sales experience and a strong understanding of stainless steel production and processing methods.
Languages : Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken) is required. Additional language skills (French, Spanish) are a plus.
Tech-Savvy : Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and SAP.
Sales Drive : A proactive, results-oriented personality with a deep technical understanding and a passion for sales.
Travel Readiness : Willingness to travel within Italy and abroad as needed.
Location : Ideally based in Lombardia, Veneto, Emilia-Romagna. A valid driver’s license is required.
