Il Ruolo Stiamo cercando un/a Consulente Commerciale entusiasta e motivato/a, con una forte passione per la vendita e un interesse nel settore dell'edilizia. In questo ruolo, ti occuperai della selezione (completamente digitale) e della promozione dei migliori professionisti che lavorano all'interno del nostro network. Avrai l'opportunità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e in crescita, con la possibilità di fare davvero la differenza nella vita delle persone. Responsabilità Principali: Sarai il punto di riferimento per i professionisti del nostro network, comprendendo e rispondendo efficacemente alle loro esigenze. Farai colloqui di vendita tramite telefono o video-conferenza, utilizzando un processo digitale all'avanguardia. Gestirai le tue attività attraverso un sistema CRM innovativo, che ti permetterà di monitorare i progressi e migliorare costantemente la tua efficacia. Collaborerai quotidianamente con i team Marketing e Operations per promuovere al meglio i nostri servizi e professionisti. Requisiti: Passione per la vendita, con esperienza (anche breve) in vendite telefoniche o digitali. Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e negoziazione. Forte orientamento ai risultati e capacità di lavorare autonomamente. Flessibilità e adattabilità per rispondere alle dinamiche del mercato. Laurea Triennale/Specialistica in Economia e Management o settori affini. Capacità di apprendere rapidamente e di adattarsi a nuovi strumenti e metodologie. Cosa Offriamo: Orario di lavoro: Part-time Retribuzione: RAL €15.000-€20.000 + bonus variabile in base ai risultati. Flessibilità lavorativa: possibilità di lavorare da remoto.
