Position Responsibilities Follow product development and relevant steps, such as Design Reviews until qualification Manage verifications associated to production, testing, product audits, quality verifications before delivery Manage escapes and Non-Conformances, related root causes and corrective actions to prevent re-occurrence. Ensuring proper visibility to Customer and Authorities Prepare and process KPIs for the relevant Supply Chain Quality processes Ensure compliance to project requirements or, as applicable, management of deviations Establish and maintain appropriate interface with subcontractor's quality representative for all relevant PA matters Supervise and direct product development and qualification for all relevant quality aspects Ensure that lessons learnt are formalized capitalized and promotedCoordinate the activities of the project quality team, ensuring that the PA requirements are properly flowed down at all subcontractors Participate in project meetings and reviews with subcontractors, providing quality contributions Exercise the duly alerts and the tight of vetoes according to the existing processes Ensure the continuous improvement processes are implemented Requirements Degree in Industrial Engineering, STEM or equivalent experience 3 years experience in quality (preferably as Project/ product PA) Experience in Space Domain preferred Fluency in English Good communication and negotiation skills Ability to effectively work in complex inter-functional teams, process-oriented Proactivity, open mindedness Attitude to foster change and improvement and to grow from lesson learnt Additional Information The announcement is aimed at all people, without distinction of sex, in reference to Legislative Decree 198/2006.
