She/he will:Follow product development and relevant steps, such as Design Reviews until qualificationManage verifications associated to production, testing, product audits, quality verifications before deliveryManage escapes and Non-Conformances, related root causes and corrective actions to prevent re-occurrence. Ensuring proper visibility to Customer and AuthoritiesPrepare and process KPIs for the relevant Supply Chain Quality processesEnsure compliance to project requirements or, as applicable, management of deviationsEstablish and maintain appropriate interface with subcontractor’s quality representative for all relevant PA mattersSupervise and direct product development and qualification for all relevant quality aspectsEnsure that lessons learnt are formalized capitalized and promotedCoordinate the activities of the project quality team, ensuring that the PA requirements are properly flowed down at all subcontractorsParticipate in project meetings and reviews with subcontractors, providing quality contributionsExercise the duly alerts and the tight of vetoes according to the existing processesEnsure the continuous improvement processes are implementedRequisitiDegree in Industrial Engineering, STEM or equivalent experience3 years experience in quality (preferably as Project/ product PA)Experience in Space Domain preferredFluency in EnglishGood communication and negotiation skillsAbility to effectively work in complex inter-functional teams, process-orientedProactivity, open mindednessAttitude to foster change and improvement and to grow from lesson learntAltre informazioniThe announcement is aimed at all people, without distinction of sex, in reference to Legislative Decree 198/2006.
