Senior Sound Designer – Full Time Milan, Italy | In-house
Jackleg is an international, award-winning music & sound design studio specialized in creating tailor-made audio content for brands worldwide.
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Sound Designer to join our team full-time , working in-house at our Milan studio. You will collaborate on international projects in a creative, cross-disciplinary environment, contributing to the development of distinctive sonic identities for our clients.
As part of the Jackleg team, you will be responsible for recording, designing, producing, and delivering high-quality audio content across multiple media platforms. You will work closely with our creative direction team, taking ownership of sound design tasks from concept to final delivery.
Create sound design for client projects
Record voice talents for VO, dubbing, and podcasts
Handle audio post-production and restoration for TV, radio, and web
Design and create unique sound assets (SFX, Foley, dialogue, music)
Implement sound assets for both linear and interactive projects
Collaborate with creative directors to refine audio aesthetics
Deliver projects on time and according to specifications
Proven 3+ years of experience in an audio studio focused on commercial post and sound design
Solid knowledge of sound design, audio engineering, audio & music tools, including AI audio tools , and production workflows
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
Strong communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English
Passion for audio, music and sound
Field recording and location sound experience
Contract
Full-time – Independent Contractor Agreement 1-year contract
