Senior Sound Designer – Full TimeMilan, Italy | In-houseJackleg is an international, award-winning music & sound design studio specialized in creating tailor-made audio content for brands worldwide.We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Sound Designer to join our team full-time , working in-house at our Milan studio.You will collaborate on international projects in a creative, cross-disciplinary environment, contributing to the development of distinctive sonic identities for our clients.The roleAs part of the Jackleg team, you will be responsible for recording, designing, producing, and delivering high-quality audio content across multiple media platforms.You will work closely with our creative direction team, taking ownership of sound design tasks from concept to final delivery.ResponsibilitiesCreate sound design for client projectsRecord voice talents for VO, dubbing, and podcastsHandle audio post-production and restoration for TV, radio, and webMix and master soundtracks, including voice processingDesign and create unique sound assets (SFX, Foley, dialogue, music)Implement sound assets for both linear and interactive projectsCollaborate with creative directors to refine audio aestheticsDeliver projects on time and according to specificationsRequirements3+ years of experience in an audio studio focused on post-productionSolid experience with DAWs such as Ableton Live and Logic Pro X Strong knowledge of sound design principles, audio engineering, and production workflowsExcellent mixing and mastering skills, including use of industry-standard pluginsAbility to work independently and take ownership of projectsStrong communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English Passion for music and soundNice to haveField recording and location sound experienceComposer and/or musician backgroundContract Full-time – Independent Contractor Agreement 1-year contract In-house position based in MilanPlease apply with your demo reel and a short introduction.
