La risorsa ricercata è un* Sales Account Welfare, che verrà inserit* all’interno della Business Unit Benefit & Engagement Solutions, con l’obiettivo di sviluppare il business attraverso l’acquisizione di nuovi clienti, nonché della gestione degli stessi. La risorsa sarà costantemente impegnata in attività di sviluppo sul territorio per la vendita delle soluzioni welfare, piani di mobilità e programmi di welbeing per le aziende.

Principali attività:

  • Sviluppo del business welfare nell’area assegnata (Puglia);
  • Raggiungimento target e obiettivi di sviluppo;
  • Monitoraggio attività e sviluppo del territorio;
  • Messa a regime dei Clienti acquisiti;
  • Partecipazione a eventi di settore;
  • Supporto e partecipazione attiva al monitoraggio della customer satisfaction dei clienti.
