Il Land Acquisition Manager si occuperà di:
- Ricerca di nuovi siti per lo sviluppo di progetti di energia rinnovabile, in particolare impianti eolici e agro voltaici.
- Partecipazione all'identificazione, analisi e selezione di potenziali siti per l'installazione di impianti di produzione di energia da fonti rinnovabili.
- Individuazione dei proprietari dei terreni per lo sviluppo di progetti e relative opere di connessione; negoziazione e stipula di contratti (contratti di locazione, diritti di superficie, servitù, acquisizioni, ecc.).
- Instaurazione di relazioni e dialogo con le istituzioni locali e le altre amministrazioni in coordinamento con il team di sviluppo.
- Instaurazione di relazioni e dialogo con gli operatori e i proprietari locali.
- Supporto nella gestione dei diversi progetti in fase di sviluppo attraverso il dialogo con altri broker esterni.
- Supporto nell'elaborazione delle autorizzazioni necessarie per la costruzione e l'esercizio degli impianti.
- Sopralluoghi sul territorio Nazionale.
- Riferire al team di sviluppo e all'Amministratore Delegato o alla persona da lui designata.
- Supporto nelle diverse aree dell'azienda nella gestione dei vari progetti in fase di sviluppo.
Competenze ed esperienza
Il Land Acquisition Manager ideale ha:
- Precedente esperienza nella negoziazione e stipula di contratti per acquisizione dei terreni per progetti di energia rinnovabile o nella gestione e acquisizione di terreni per progetti immobiliari.
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione e negoziazione.
- Capacità di gestione del pacchetto office e programmi specifici, Google Earth, uso del sito agenzie del territorio per visure e pratiche catastali.
- L'uso di QGIS e di altri visualizzatori cartografici è apprezzato.
- Disponibilità a trasferte.

L'azienda ha la sede principale su Roma. Per il ruolo è possibile usufruire di lavoro da remoto, compatibile con trasferte sul territorio e verso la sede centrale.
