The Senior Project Manager will lead high-impact, aftermarket projects that modernize existing power generation assets. You will own the end-to-end execution of complex upgrades, modifications, and relocations for industrial gas and steam turbines. This is a role for a proactive leader who thrives on integration and technical challenges, serving as the primary advocate for our customers while ensuring our projects meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and financial performance. Leading the end-to-end execution of turnkey power generation service projects, ensuring delivery against contractual, financial, and safety targets. Building and maintaining trusted relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact and driving swift resolution to project challenges. Creating robust project execution strategies, coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, logistics, and field operations. Managing project financials, including cost forecasting, margin enhancement, and proactive risk mitigation. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive scope and change management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within specification. Improving project outcomes by applying Lean management principles and sharing best practices to enhance overall service delivery. Able to travel to various project sites as required by project needs approximately. You Should Be a Dedicated Project Management Professional With The ability to lead large-scale, complex industrial service projects with a focus on power generation infrastructure. The capability to navigate complex contractual terms and manage multi-disciplinary project teams. An expertise in project financials, risk management, and schedule control. A keen interest in applying Lean methodologies to optimize project performance and reduce waste. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build consensus and influence stakeholders in international and cross-functional settings. A formal education in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field is a great foundation for this role, and professional project management certification (PMP) or training is highly valued. We are most interested in your proven ability to deliver complex projects and your drive for operational excellence. This is a permanent position based in Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece, Hungary, Poland. We have a hybrid working model which gives you flexibility to work from our offices and from home.
