We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Technical Solutions Manager to join our team specializing in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). In this role, you will work closely with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure project success from inquiry to implementation.

Technical Solutions Manager- Energy Storage Systems

Analyze customer inquiries and requirements to design technical solutions for energy storage systems, including BESS, PCS, and EMS components.
Prepare detailed technical documentation, including specifications, schematics, and configurations.
Develop and submit comprehensive bidding documents and proposals that meet regulatory, technical, and customer-specific standards.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, project management, and R&D, to align solutions with project goals.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Strong understanding of battery storage systems, power conversion systems, grid integration, and energy management systems is preferred.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required to effectively communicate with international teams, customers, and stakeholders.
