Deerns offre servizi di consulenza per la progettazione impiantistica, energia, sostenibilità, acustica, sicurezza nei cantieri, antincendio per uffici, residenze, retail, hotel, sport&leisure, aeroporti, data centers, clean tech e ospedali. Il ruolo Per le nostre sedi di Milano e Roma stiamo cercando un* Intermediate Mechanical Engineer (HVAC) per unirsi al nostro team. Il/la candidat* selezionat* sarà responsabile della progettazione degli impianti di condizionamento (HVAC), idrici, antincendioin diversi settori come aeroporti, ospedali, data center e life science, seguendo le indicazioni del Senior/Project Director. Collaborerà con progettisti di diverse discipline per garantire la coerenza e la congruenza degli impianti nel contesto complessivo del progetto. Compiti e responsabilità: Supportare il/la Senior Engineer nello sviluppo del progetto e nell'emissione dei documenti di progetto. Coordinarsi con progettisti delle diverse discipline per garantire coerenza e congruenza degli impianti nel progetto. Partecipare alle riunioni di coordinamento tecnico. Gestire autonomamente l'archiviazione dei file secondo gli standard del progetto. Utilizzare Autocad e Revit, e strumenti per il dimensionamento impiantistico. Rapportarsi/interagire con fornitori per selezionare soluzioni tecniche, dimensionare apparecchiature e richiedere offerte (tecnico economiche). Elaborare computi metrici estimativi e analisi prezzi. Redigere documenti di progetto e supportare nella redazione di capitolati e specifiche tecniche. Identificare e risolvere criticità nel progetto. Requisiti per il ruolo Titolo di studio: Diploma o Laurea in ambito ingegneristico verrà considerato titolo preferenziale. Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3-5 anni in studio di progettazione. Conoscenza approfondita degli strumenti di progettazione e delle normative tecniche applicabili. Esperienza in HVAC, Idricosanitario e Impianti Antincendio. Capacità di lavoro di squadra e di interfacciarsi con terze parti. Orientamento ai risultati di alta qualità. Motivazione all'aggiornamento professionale. Cosa offriamo Compenso di sicuro interesse.
