Chestertons Estate Agency Property Manager - (Premier Management) Hours: 3 days per week (including Friday) 24 hours per week, (Hybrid working after settling in period) Location: Little Venice Salary: £32,000-£34,000 + Commission - per annum pro rata Fixed-Term Maternity Contract Overview We are currently recruiting for an experienced Property Management Consultant to join our established Portfolio Management Department. The ideal candidate will have approximately 2 years' experience in property management and will be dealing with High Net Worth clients. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, who takes pride in delivering exceptional service at all times; most importantly of all, you must enjoy a fast-paced, challenging environment and working with people. Responsibilities - Liaising with Landlords and Tenants in regards to their queries - Arranging the inventory check in and check out - Arranging pre and end of Tenancy cleans - Organising ongoing maintenance and emergency repairs with both Landlords and Tenants - Processing rental income and providing statement of accounts - Routine property inspections - Handling deposit dilapidations at the end of the tenancy - Ensuring compliance in terms of GSR certification Attributes - Exceptional customer service - Strong organisation skills - Good attention to detail - Have an aptitude for problem solving About The Company About Us Chestertons: Established for over 200 years, Chestertons is a successful London-based estate agency with over 30 branches across the capital.
