Il Field Service Engineer – LatAm sarà responsabile della gestione e del coordinamento delle attività di servizio sul campo per l'America Latina. Questo ruolo richiede forti capacità organizzative, tecniche e interpersonali per garantire una comunicazione efficace con clienti e partner locali. Riporterà direttamente al Field Service Manager . Principali responsabilità: Gestione del servizio: ricevere e monitorare le richieste di service, definendo le priorità per garantire risposte tempestive per i paesi dell'America Latina Eseguire i service in loco (coordinandosi con partner locali) e p roporre e redigere le offerte di service/ricambi Coordinamento delle attività: pianificare, coordinare e supervisionare le attività di servizio sul campo in collaborazione con partner locali Relazione con il cliente: comunicare direttamente con i clienti per comprendere le loro esigenze, garantire un servizio di alta qualità e risolvere eventuali problemi Fornire supporto operativo al cliente Competenze richieste: Diploma o laurea in Ingegneria (preferibilmente Chimica, Ambientale o Meccanica) Esperienza: almeno 3 anni in post-vendita o in aziende di impianti di trattamento dell'acqua, preferibilmente in assistenza sul campo Conoscenze tecniche: familiarità con strumenti e sistemi di gestione dei servizi sul campo e conoscenza di base dei prodotti/servizi aziendali Competenze IT: capacità nell'uso di software di gestione del lavoro e reportistica (Excel, sistemi ERP) Lingue: spagnolo preferibilmente madrelingua oppure ottimo livello; buona conoscenza dell'inglese gradita Viaggi: disponibilità a spostamenti frequenti in America Latina e in Europa Aspettative per avere successo nel ruolo: Orientamento ai risultati, efficienza del servizio e soddisfazione del cliente Approccio pratico, proattivo e orientato alla soluzione Capacità di gestire installazioni, manutenzioni e riparazioni in loco, anche sotto stress Comunicazione chiara e professionale con i clienti, fungendo da referente tecnico di fiducia Disponibilità a trasferte frequenti e flessibilità operativa #FluenceItaly #FluencePadova #NuovaAssunzione #fieldserviceLatam #EngineeringJobs #LavoraConNoi #CareerOpportunity Trasforma il tuo talento in impatto reale: candidati ora e costruisci con noi il futuro dell'azienda
