Responsabilità La figura dovrà supervisionare e coordinare gli istruttori di volo e teorici, in cooperazione con il management della ATO, nel rispetto degli standard normativi e aziendali oltre alla responsabilità di mantenere i più alti standard di una scuola di volo d'eccellenza. L'Head of Training svolgerà attività di volo e teorica sia con gli allievi che gli istruttori di volo e teoria per garantire il rispetto degli standard previsti. Qualifiche ed esperienze La figura deve essere in possesso della licenza di pilota EASA CPL o ATPL con qualifiche di istruttore di volo FI (preferibilmente anche IRI e CRI) current; Esperienza di addestramento in altre ATO / DTO per corsi PPL, CPL, etc. e un minimo di 1000 ore di volo come istruttore di volo; Esperienza di management di almeno 3 anni in ambiente EASA FCL (addestramento al volo); Capacità di reale team work e abilità manageriale; Lingua italiana madrelingua o livello 5; Abilità elevata nell'utilizzo di PC, tablet e software. Si offre un compenso con contratto dipendete FULL TIME CCNL con fisso variabile e benefit da valutare in base alle esperienze e capacità.
